GAME DAY ENTRY INFORMATION
Ledge seat holders may enter the Kohl Center 90 minutes before game time through Gate A. To reach your seats, proceed to the media entrance stairwell marked “Stairs to Frances Street” located to the left after entering Gate A, across the 100-level concourse near Sections 104/105. At the bottom of the first staircase, continue down the staircase to your left to reach the event level.
Once on the event level, proceed as follows:
- For Ledge East seating, continue straight through the Northeast tunnel.
- For Ledge West seating, turn right on the event level concourse and follow it to the Northwest tunnel.
For ADA assistance, an elevator is available across from Sections 103/104. If you need additional help, please visit Guest Services, and they will guide you to your seats.
Ledge seat holders also have access to the Krantz Club, located on the event level. The Krantz Club offers all-inclusive food, non-alcoholic beverages, and a full-service cash bar, with access beginning 90 minutes before game time. Please note that access is available for all regular-season home games and excludes exhibition games. Upon reaching the event level, you will scan your ticket and receive a wristband for entry to the club and your seats.
