GAME DAY ENTRY INFORMATION
Club seat holders may enter the Kohl Center 90 minutes before game time by Gate A. To reach your seats, access the aisle to your section from the 100-level concourse.
If you need assistance please speak with Guest Services, and they'll direct you to your seats.
Club seat holders have access to the Krantz Club, located on event level, which includes all-inclusive food, non-alcoholic beverages, and a full-service cash bar. Access is available for all regular-season home games and excludes exhibition games. Krantz Club access begins 90 minutes before game time.
To reach the Krantz Club, use the media entrance stairwell marked “Stairs to Frances Street". This can be accessed by taking a left once arriving through Gate A, across the 100-level concourse from Section 104/105. At the bottom of the first staircase, continue down the stair case to your left to the event level. For ADA assistance, the elevator is available across from Section 103/104. Once you arrive to the event level, you will scan your ticket and receive a wristband to access the club.
